Pastor Snatches Wife Of Church Member, Threatens To Kill Him.

A log seller, Olusola Onifade has accused one Pastor Femi Olayinka of the Christ Miracle Church, Orisun-Iye, power line, Ajebamidele, Ile-Ife, of taking his wife, Simbiatu from him. Addressing a Customary Court in Ile-Ife, Osun state on Monday, February 29, Onifade said the pastor was in charge of his wife while he was a figurehead husband, Daily Trust reports. He said he was persuaded to attend Pastor Olayinka’s church and took his wife along, not knowing the pastor would take her away from him.
''I was disappointed when Pastor Femi confronted me and told me that he was already having sexual intercourse with my wife. He told me he is responsible for her pregnancy and warned me to stay away from the woman if I still want to live,” Olusola said.
He therefore, asked the court to dissolve his marriage as the pastor was threatening to kill him. Simbiatu admitted to the court that her husband’s claims were true, adding that she was no longer interested in the marriage. She told the court that she would prefer to go with Pastor Femi. After listening to the both of them, Chief Bunmi Adegoke, the president of the court ordered the dissolution of the 10-year-old marriage. He further directed that their two children should be in the custody of the husband.
