BREAKING NEWS: Appeal Court Sacks David Mark

The Court of Appeal sitting in Makurdi, Benue State has today nullified the election of David Mark, the former President of the Senate in the last PDP administration.
The court delivered its verdict in the suit brought before it by Daniel Onjeh of the All Progressives Congress on Saturday.Mark was elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party.
In setting aside the election of the former Senate president, Justice Ige ruled that the election of David Mark was fraught with so many irregularities that it failed all tests of “freeness and fairness”.
The court has also ordered for a re-run of the election within 90 Days.
